Synopsis;
When Rose comes back to help the Doctor [John Hurt] with his decision either to destroy Gallifrey or to save it they met the Tenth Doctor and the Eleventh. Ten never thought about seeing Rose again so when he does and Eleven doesn't even recognize her he's pissed. Rose and Ten are thinking about the time they shared when they traveled together, going back trough everything they felt. They find a way to save Gallifrey together, to freeze it in time. But Rose and Ten both now that they will lose each other again really soon and that she'll go back to the human Ten.

I've also had to add the end because I hate Moffat for the way he used Rose in the anniversary. That Ten just took a second to think about Rose and then 'forgot' about it again. I was so pissed when I saw it for the first time.
