Studio Revolt was in residence at Shangri La from November 6-17, 2019.
Shangri La hosted Studio Revolt, an artist-run media lab launched in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Studio Revolt co-founder and performance artist, Anida Yoeu Ali, along with filmmaker Masahiro Sugano debuted their performance piece, Red Chador: Regenesis I, during this residency.
Studio Revolt was joined by movement artists Pumehana Cabral, Willow Chang, Joy Agner, Sequoia Carr-Brown, Oriana Filiaci, and Kristine Craft for this project.
