Aulani is a 21 acre beachside resort in Ko Olina, on the west side of Oahu. Walt Disney Imagineers worked hand in hand with local artisans and cultural experts to create Aulani, inspired by the natural wonders and rich traditions of Hawaii.

In this video we explore Waikalohe Pool, Ka Maka Grotto Spa, Volcanic Vertical and Tubestone Curl as well as the expansive Lazy River, whimsical Menehune Bridge, Keiki Cove Splash Zone, and Rainbow Reef's saltwater snorkeling lagoon.

Disney characters encountered on our trip inclue Minnie Mouse, Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, Max, Stich, Moana, Shellie May and Donald. We also enjoyed meeting and interacting with the performers from the Ka Wa'A Lu'Au.

Aulani is built in Ko Olina Lagoon 1 and we enjoyed beach activities, ending a day watching the sunset, snorkeling and even had a family sunset photo session. On and around the property we encountered many animals including sea turtles at Paradise Cove Public Beach, Hawaiian monk seals, mongoose, crabs, jelly fish, koi fish, tropical fish, casts, and lizards.

Activities we enjoyed and cover in this video inclue Aunty's Beach House Kids' program, Family Fun Animation, Menehune Trail iPad Adventure, Ohana Movie Nights, and making your own Mickey Ears. The Ka Wa'A Lu'Au was the highlight of our trip with amazing food and entertainment.

Aulani caters to young families with many quick serve and casual dining options that include Ulu Cafe, Mama's Snack Shop, and more. Sit down options including Ama Ama and Makahiki are great as well, with the latter being the location of the Character Breakfast.
