The High Court in Pretoria will this morning hand down judgment in the urgent application brought by the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEMS) and the Board of Healthcare Funders.The two bodies approached the court seeking an interdict to stop a Section 59 panel from publishing an interim report into the alleged discrimination by some medical aids against Black, Indian and Coloured doctors.
