During the game, Ruch Chorzow hooligans entered the pitch and attacked away area with firecrackers.
Gornik ones left the stand to confront their rivals but police intervened with tear gas.
134 seats were ripped off, toilets damaged and fences broken.
Police have arrested 5 hooligans, from 23 to 40 years old, after the game.
Police said everything was planned because 150 people had the same clothes.
