Equipment required: Dumbbell, ankle weights or tin of beans/soup to act as weights
These sessions are designed for people who can walk independently without any walking aid and can cover a distance of at least ½ a mile. Level 5 exercises can walk independently to town. They do not get fatigued after long walking. They can walk on uneven surfaces.
