제네바서 리비아 내전 유엔 중재 '5+5 회담' 시작
The United Nations has brokered talks for two warring factions in Libya to end years-long conflict in the country.
The UN said in a statement on Monday that five officers from Government of National Accord and other five from Libyan National Army of eastern commander Khalifa Haftar met for talks in Geneva.
Libya has been going through years of war since two sides have been fighting for power since long-time dictator Muammar Qaddafi was killed in 2011.
