ANSWER: YES! Flat 10% Healing increase to Tidal Waves effected spells
Is 4set worth?
ANSWER: Not Really primarily due to bad stats
Is Resto Shaman Good Currently?
ANSWER: Resto Shaman lacks power. Healing Numbers, Recovery, Burst healing, all the reasons to sink a healer. It will always have spread healing and a really powerful utility set, but the healing is always what comes first to make a healer great and rsham currently does NOT have it.
Best Stat for resto shaman?
ANSWER: MASTERY! Mastery is % healing increase depending on how low our target is!
