"도시바, SK 등 한미일연합과 반도체사업 매각계약 체결"

Japanese tech giant Toshiba Corporation has signed a deal to sell its memory chip business to a global consortium of firms from South Korea, the United States and Japan.
The consortium is led by Bain Capital... and includes firms like South Korea's SK Hynix,... Apple and Dell.
The deal is estimated to be worth 2-trillion yen... or approximately 17-point-6 billion U.S. dollars.
Toshiba will be selling its entire stake in Toshiba Memory a specially set-up acquisition company called Pangea.
South Korea's number 2 chipmaker SK Hynix is injecting roughly 3-point-5 billion dollars in the plan, which will go to bonds
Toshiba will use the money to stem its losses and avoid delisting.
