Ahead of the 7th phase of assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public meeting in Varanasi (Rural) on Saturday. PM said that the double engine govt is asking for votes on the basis of development in the state and an improved situation of law and order. PM Modi took a jibe on the Congress party while talking about Khadi. He also targeted Akhilesh Yadav over poll promises saying they deliver what is not written on manifesto.
