Nothing I love more than making a silly song sillier. It's been a mellow past few covers so I thought I'd bring out a happy one for a change. If you played this game ever in your life, there's no WAY this theme didn't leave an imprint in your brain. The song is just too catchy and these are the songs that are the most fun to play by far. It's a shame this is my first Super Mario World cover since I played so much of it as a kid.

My alotted time to mix lately has been scarce as I've been completely submerged in school and other projects. I haven't even had time to get to all the comments for the contest videos! My change in sound has been with the tones. Initially I had an idea to try and use as few different mic and amp combinations to try and come back to a much more together and all-fitting tone across the instruments, however I hit a wall with my rhythm guitar tone and only had time to make a new lead tone this week. Not sure how I feel about it yet but I think it's way rounder now.

It's medley time next week! Ready for an old game thats difficulty still stands the test of time?
