50hp = aprox 45hp wheel as the bfa306, thats why i borrowed the honda 600, weight is 200kg, 80kg heavier as a vespa.
setups:
- bfa 306, phbh 30, resibox, 64/24
- quattrini m244, phbh30, megadella compact L and sip performance 2, 65/24
resibox & megadella compact L are both reving boxes. so are good to be compared.
yes expansion possible for bfa, but u will only get faster on straights. not in curves, cause its gonna be too much power, not easy to handle AND there was the fact that motorbiking fun, starts from 100 hp on 🤷♀️

so bfa306 owners, be aware of:
old honda sh300 and esp those pimped gts with up to 30 wheel hp. they gonna make u wet 🤷♀️
what u see is ONE reason why i sold the bfa. its not what u expect. it was boring. m244 is enough. gonna do a bfa306 vs m244 torque box comparison later on, as resibox is a reving box. and the 244 kits sits on a standard or malossi case, not this sloppy produced small series ones.
the 2 other: massive gearbox oil sucking and false air clutch side seal problem. not mentioning the massive hazzle building it, as its super sloppy produced. it kinda damages ur fun with the engine already while assembling it. i built 2, one 1st series and a latee series, to see if things got better: a tiny bit. but not really = this bfa306 engine kit is not worth the massive amount of money.
stick to 244, take vmc as its even stronger than the quattrini 😜 for an unbeatable price. no, u dont need malossi case, piaggio is fine, just do the primary anti cracking trick.
if "u want a bfa" just put an expansion on the vmc244, very simple and many thousands cheaper than bfa, which is in the only a cool to have for the regulars table 😉 no, 60mm stroke is fine. no need for 62,64,65mm hazzle, also not worth the money.
