Hello everyone! In this video we are making Turkish Meatball again BUT this one is different. It calls as Inegol Kofte in Turkish. Which is another popular Turkish cuisine meatball and also delicious! You only need couple ingredients and very easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80-20%)
- 1 grated onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Olive or Vegetable oil
