Sawasdee Krap!
Thai Airways International is among one of my favorite Asian carriers. I've always been a fan of their warm in-flight service with a smile, and delicious food and this flight was no different.
What I liked:
In-flight service from the crew - I've always had very good and warm service aboard Thai Airways. This crew was very professional, eager to please, and very warm. Onboard service was impeccable and we were addressed by name throughout the flight. The catering was very good and presented well by the crew.
The Catering - The food on this flight was very good. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly heated. Both the side and main dishes were delicious!
What I didn’t like:
Thai Lounge in Singapore did not have toilets - The Thai Airways Lounge in Singapore though somewhat small offers a decent selection of food and beverage, despite being a regional lounge. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to leave the lounge to use the restroom, as there are no toilets or showers inside the lounge.
No Personal Air Nozzles - This Airbus A350 are not fitted with personal air nozzles, which is one of my pet peeves. Air nozzles keeps the cabin temperature cool and it's easier for me to relax in a cooler cabin.
It’s fine...
The seats - These staggered business class seats are fine and are comfortable for long haul flights, let alone this quick short haul. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of storage around the seat.
Despite the few things that are lacking, I still recommend Thai Airways' business class product on this route. The seat, warm service, and the food more than makes up for what's missing. Thanks for watching!
