▶ Ingredients :
● 1.4 kg, Green Cabbage
●● Salt, for cleaning
● Korean chili pepper
● Thai chili and Garlic (optional)
● 1.5 L, Water
● 1/3 cup, Sugar
● 1/4 cup, Salt
● 1/3 cup, White Vinegar
▶ Method :
1. Cleaning the cabbage. Add the salt to the water and then stir until all the salt has dissolved. Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise and then cut each half into three wedges and cut the core.
Rinse the cabbage, and make sure that it's clean.
2. Making pickle brine. white vinegar, sugar, salt, and water into a pot. Stir until the sugar and salt has dissolved. Bring it to a full boil. Remove the heat and keep it cool.
3. Pickling the cabbage. Add the cabbage into a glass pickle jar. Add the blended chili to pickle brine and stir to combine well. Add the Thai chili and garlic (optional) and pour over the cabbage.
4. Store the pickled cabbage. Keep it at room temperature for 2 to 3 days. the pickled cabbage taste Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
5. Serve over salads, wraps, tacos, or burgers!
