Start by ensuring you have an OptinMonster account and that you've created your first opin.
Creating your first Optin:

You will also want to ensure the optin's campaign is resumed.
Install OptinMonster's plugin under Plugins, Add New, OptinMonster.
When installed, you will need to add your API key which is found in your OptinMonster account under API.
If you have not generated one previously there will be a Generate API button to use otherwise you will be able to copy your API key.
Paste the API username and key back in your WordPress site.
Now OptinMonster will be able to show any of your optins on your site.
