2. Check the transparency of the film. At an appropriate high temperature, the film will become transparent. If the blown film appears grayish in color, it may be due to insufficient screw speed, which affects the plasticizing effect.
3. Look at the crystal dots, which are the process where the raw material has not fully melted. A good screw can greatly reduce the occurrence of crystal dots, or even prevent them from being produced.
