MCT OIL is used as instant energy AND produces ketones FASTER! Coconut oil works great too, just a little slower!
MCT OIL means MEDIUM CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES. MCT oil is extracted from Coconut oil or Palm oil. MCT's are processed in the liver VERY FAST! This is what makes them special. HAS amazing benefits! Lauric acid is one of them. It is antimicrobial, antibacterial and antiviral. It is amazing for your
skin and even hair! I have one tub in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. I love to put it on my skin after a shower and after shaving my legs.
For energy I prefer MCT oil because Coconut oil only contains a very small percentage of the c8 and c10 carbons. MCT oil is again, an extracted concentrated form of these 2 carbons. This is why it is preferred and will give you AMAZING energy!
This is an amazing way to start your morning especially if you're not a breakfast eater or you just LOVE your coffee. No need to give that up! Enjoy your coffee!

Capric Acid, (c10-10 carbons)
Lauric Acid, (C12-12 carbons)
Studies have shown we process c8 and c10 the best for energy so that is what you will find in most MCT oils. It is a more pure and concentrated form of the MCT's found in Coconut oil. Some argue that coconut oil is largely c12 which doesn't convert to energy in our bodies as quickly as c8 and c10 this is why athletes choose MCT oil.
