Important: Seat belts should not be removed from the mechanism, treat it as one piece

How to Remove Seat Belt mechanism for replacement on Toyotas:

1. Unclip 3 plastic covers: a.Top pivot anchor cover, b. rectangle belt feed cover, and c. floor anchor cover. Can use a flat head screw driver
2. Remove door sill lip with 4 phillips screws
3. Pop trim panel off body. Only need to loosen bottom right corner
4. Remove 3 gold anchor bolts: Top, floor, and mechanism mount (behind panel)
5. Slide Mechanism down to remove vertical tooth that holds it into the body.
6. Pull mechanism out from behind panel.
7. Re-assembly is reverse of dis-assembly

My seat belt was frayed so I looked for a new seat belt mechanism at the junkyard.
