I am so excited to share with you my Silver dollar vine! I have been hunting for this plant forever and I finally found it.
The silver dollar vine is fairly forgiving when it comes to light. It can tolerate partial sun but its growth will be slow. So to help it grow faster, place it in an area where it gets morning sun as afternoon sun could burn this amazing climbing vine leaves.
In this video, ill be showing you how I'll be propagating the Silver Dollar vine or Xerosicyos danguyi through cuttings. Its very simple but there's just a few things you need to remember to increase your chances. Silver dollar vine is dormant during the cooler season. So, its best to do your propagation during the warmer season (spring or summer).
Interesting fact: this plant is in the same family as cucumber and is a native from Madagascar
