Baan Por-Dee is a lovely little cafe on a side street in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai. It quickly became our regular drinks spot. Not only are the drinks amazing, we equally enjoyed talking to the owners, Noon and Tou. They explained to us about themselves, about Thai culture, and how they came to live much simpler lives than those they had originally mapped out for themselves. They were kind enough to grant us this interview, which allowed us to share their story with you...
