Go Red Get Fit is an initiative of the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women cause campaign designed to help diverse women make healthy changes that become lifelong habits. Each challenge lasts about 12-weeks and offers women a platform with the guidance and educational tools needed to see results in their health and feel good about themselves.
