Growing up, Cecilia’s dream was to become a nurse. However, after graduating from the University of Dar es Salaam, her path took a different turn. In 2019, she joined BRAC Tanzania Finance Limited as a community organiser and later got promoted to a branch manager. Although she could not fulfill her dream of becoming a nurse, through BRAC, she has found her purpose - supporting women to realise their potential.
