Incomplete Abortion || Ultrasound || Case 236

Clinical Features:
A young married female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 2.5 months.
- Pervaginal bleeding with fleshy expulsion.
- Severe lower abdominal pain.

Ultrasound Features:
- Irregular mixed echogenic substances are noted within the uterine cavity.
- No fetal pole or yolk sac.

Remember:
In confusing cases, both longitudinal & transverse sections will help confirm retained products of conception.
