Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus is a stealth, platformer game starring the thieving Sly, and his friends, Bentley and Murray. It was originally released for the Playstation 2 in September 2002, but was given an HD re-release for the Playstation 3 in November 2010.

Out for revenge, Raccoon master thief, Sly Cooper, must track down The Fiendish Five, the five evil-doers who murdered his family and destroyed his life. Along with this, these criminals stole the sacred Cooper family text, the Thievius Raccoonus. This tome, which is passed down through the generations of Cooper thieves, has been torn up into five segments, one part given to each villain. And it's Sly's job to take down those villians and recover the Thievius Raccoonus!
