INGREDIENTS:
A pork neck (about 2-2.5 kg)
2-3 onions
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons of vinegar from a glass of pickled jalapeños
4 teaspoons of mustard
8 tbsp BBQ rub
For the sauce additionally:
100 ml ketchup
100 ml BBQ sauce
6 tbsp apple sauce
a pinch of salt
2 pinches of BBQ rub
