after buying the warco vmc milling machine new nearly 5 years ago, I had already fitted the dro and the 2 power feeds myself, decided to do an upgrade, and fit the newton tesla inverter package, nothing wrong with the original motor, but decided to buy the full package, and have myself a new motor, (other motor still full working order so will put that on my lathe when required,
everything was easy to fit, instructions were good, and had fitted in about an hour.
also purchased a box to put the inverter in, to protect from dust & metal,
keeping an eye on the temperature, if it rises to high will find another way of cooling, didn't want to put a fan on the bottom as I was worried I will suck dust, etc into the inverter and put a coating of dust/metal onto the components,
as for the inverter/motor, very pleased with the results, and now wont need to keep changing the belts over each time I need a different speed,
I haven't messed around with the setting on the invertor, just using the basics first,
service from newton tesla was 2nd to none, very pleased so far
thanks for looking
