I recorded this video back in December of 2020 and I was waiting for 20 minutes for an uptown train to arrive I happened to find one arriving on the Express track of Astoria Blvd and it was an R160B Alstom
Before CBTC hit Queens Blvd, the (N), (Q), & (W) used to be entirely (Alstom SA) R160A-2 Alstom's, Kawasaki R160B Alstom's & Kawasaki R160B Siemen's, but when CBTC hit Queens Blvd around 2020they had a fleet swap with all of its R160's were placed in Jamaica Yard and the R46's & a little bit of R160B Alstoms from Jamaica Yard were put in Coney Island Yard
The (Q) is now entirely R46 & R68/A based and the (N) & (W) is also R46 & R68/A but only 80 Cars (8 Trains) of R160's run on the (N) & (W) and Im lucky to catch one of them on the Express track
and I caught that (N) Train
This specfic set is an Ex Jamaica Yard Set meaning, this train set used to belong to Jamaica Yard before the Swap
