Crews were unable to search Lake Michigan to recover a 31-year-old Muskegon man that fell through the ice because of dangerous conditions Thursday. Ramal Roby, 31, was reported missing Tuesday night at 8:17 p.m. Muskegon Police arrived at the lake that night near Beach Street south of Pere Marquette Park to search the waters for him.
