With unprecedented arrivals at Bali's Ngurah Rai airport in the past week, the traffic through the By-Pass Road and the underpass construction site of Simpang Siur has been at all-time shocking levels. Intrepid TBD reporter Sarah Dee was stuck in it yesterday and filed this video of the chaos live from the Simpang Siur zone. Everybody in town is looking forward to the day they complete the underpass project, which is slated to be finished by May this year.
