On 25 April 2024, the world came together, both online and in-person at the FAO Headquarters, to mark the launch of the World Food Forum 2024. Under the theme "Good food for all, for today and tomorrow," the WFF is charting a course towards a more sustainable and equitable future for our global food systems.
The year-long activities leading up to the flagship event, scheduled for October 14–18, were unveiled with much anticipation. This flagship event will be a culmination of sessions dedicated to Global Youth Action, Science and Innovation, and Hand-in-Hand Investment. Moreover, WFF 2024 will shine a spotlight on the Mid-term Forum of the UN Decade of Family Farming, celebrating the resilience and innovation of family farming as the cornerstone of our agrifood systems.
