- On a table at the side of the theatre's stage. Only accessible after watching all 5 performances (set over 5 nights) at the Theatre Raleur in Saint Denis; the final perfomance only unlocks after "Fatherhood and other dreams"
There are 144 cigarette cards available in the world - 12 sets of 12 cards. Every individual card can be picked up at a specific location. However, note that one card from each set will not appear until you trigger the "Smoking and Other Hobbies" mission.
The assignment becomes available after you complete "Who is Not Without Sin", One of the first story missions in Chapter 2. To initiate it, Speak to the stranger sitting on a bench outside Flatneck Station. He invites you to mail him every full set of 12 cards that you gather and offers payment in exchange. This is a long term task where you will gradually accumulate cards during your travels - But some of them may prove much harder to find.
Cards can be obtained 2 ways:
*By picking them up in the world, As each card has a specific place where it can be obtained.
*By purchasing, Collecting or looting premium cigarette packs, Which yield a random card when opened. Cards acquired in this manner can be literally any type; they can even be duplicates of cards you already own. Duplicates can be sold to fences.
