This is a hot water urn for making tea. It's about a foot and a half tall, with carrying handles shaped like lions' heads on opposite sides near the top, and a small spigot near the bottom. The urn sits atop a small square platform raised on ball feet and it is placed on an oval silver tray about 2 feet wide.
