Welcome to part 1 of episode 4 of our "Workshop Wednesday" series. This time our editor is tuning up and cleaning up a filthy old Lionel post-war 1654W, which was donated to the AMTMA some time ago. Part 1 will focus on tuning up the engine, part 2 will focus on cleaning up the shell and part 3 will focus on making the tender whistle again.
