It's a Dover! Well, judging by the logo, I am led to believe that it most probably is. The elevator division of Dover was bought by ThyssenKrupp in 2000, so repairs on both Dovers and ThyssenKrupps are done by ThyssenKrupp technicians. This is an impulse elevator, so the acceleration and deceleration should not be very noticeable, even though we didn't make much mention of it in this video. Dover installed a nice beep on this elevator. It goes "Beep." Sometimes the digital floor display will skip a floor when traversing it's full path. (It will show that it is going from 1 to 3, then 4, for example.) This could be called a "scenic" elevator due to its glass surround. The "nice smooth settle" he mentions is in reference to the impulse mechanism. There is mulch near the bottom of the elevator. Some of the light diffusers need cleaned a bit, as well.
...perhaps they will give this job to the interns.
