Simple chicken recipe❗️Even without an oven

Recipe and ingredients:
0:00 – Intro
0:03 – Yellow Onion
0:53 – 4~5 cloves of Garlic
1:22 – Olive oil
1:50 – Chicken (~600g)
2:09 – A pinch of salt
2:15 – Pepper
2:37 – 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
2:43 – 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2:53 – 1 cup of water
3:19 – Close and simmer for 25 minutes using low heat
3:44 – Green Onion
3:51 – Close and simmer for another 10 minutes using low heat
