The ministry of education has been challenged to fully enact the Competency Based Curiculum policy to ensure that learners get the full benefit of the education system. National assembly’s committee on education says the rollout of the CBC system continues to disenfranchise learners in public schools that are yet to receive the full monetary and infrastructural support from government.
