The Niesmann Bischoff Flair 880BE has a 'bar' style layout with various possibilities for the internal layouts. One may feel that this look is too office like, however it will be welcomed by those that work in the office which means most full timers! Additional office equipment is catered for with the 230v and USB sockets.
It is based on the Fiat Ducato. The vehicle is fully winterproof, indeed the company boasts about how it can be used in the coldest of weather due to the Aluminium XPS sandwich construction.
Obviously looks are a matter of taste but there are those that argue that its overall appearance makes it one of the best looking motorhomes having fallen behind other brands in the past.
Of course the vehicle is large but inside one feels the huge amount of apsce thanks to the layout and it seems even more spacious without the optional pull-down bed.
The side bench can be equipped with another seat belt. Pressure-latch locks and gas springs hold the six curved wall-hung wardrobe flaps above the seating group and in the back bedroom.
A three step, lighted staircase leads up to the single beds. Thick cold foam mattresses on disc springs guarantee a good night's sleep. The headroom is enough to sit upright. The rear wall is particularly well designed with an imitation leather trim with embroidered brand emblem, backlit reed decor (option) and panels with a carved surface. There is also a 1.35 meter long mattress piece that connects the single beds.
The wetroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door and from the kitchen by an even solider revolving door. There is an optional towel radiator. The shower cubicle has a rain and additional hand shower. The wash basin looks like natural stone although of course for reasons of weight it is artificial.
The kitchen has a deep and wide sink, three-burner hob with electric ignition with a one piece glass cover. There are five drawers with soft closures, cutlery tray and trash can.
As we can see in this film, there is enough stroage to keep a couple on the road for a very long time. The floor-to-ceiling wardrobe can be divided into two shelves as needed and there is a special compartment for shoes.
The payload is 1.6 tonnes after filling up with 370 litres of fresh water.
