Usually I can’t stand #whatieatinaday posts as I believe everyone has different needs. Buttt after many questions on WTH a fast mimicking diet is and what it looks like, I felt this was necessary so LFG.
I do a 5 day fast mimicking diet every 6-8 weeks. I have 2 diff autoimmune issues and it really helps keep them under control, as well as giving my body a reset & clean it up on a cellular level, help with my inflammation and gut issues, for the metabolic boost annnnd ofc to help lower my biological age in hope that I age like Benjamin button 😉
The plan mimicks a water fast, aka tricks your body into thinking you’re in a fasted state, meaning you reap all the benefits without losing your mind and getting hangry.
This particular one is @dailydosemeals and it’s freaking delish.
