If you are interested in church music or content, you are invited to visit www.bledlowvirtualservice.uk. This has been created during the coronavirus lockdown by three rural churches in the parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton on the Bucks/Oxon border.
The parish is lucky to have Jeff Stewart (an opera tenor and professor of singing at the Royal College of Music) and organist, Cynthia Hall FRCO, and its choir has toured cathedrals across the country and abroad, including St Paul's, York Minster and Canterbury.
An original service has been posted at about 10.30 each Sunday including anthems and hymns recorded during lockdown by our choir (which has sung in cathedrals across the country, including St Paul's and Canterbury), two organ voluntaries per week by Cynthia Hall FRCO, and original music and poetry written by me for the services It also includes some material previously recorded by the choir.
They also include prayers, intercessions, a sermon. Within a week of the service, all the music can be browsed separately.
