Plastic PP PE Film Agglomerator Machine
Applications:
The machine is suitable for plastic PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, PET, BOPP, film, bags, sheet, flakes, fiber, nylon, textile material, and other thermo plastics. Polyester, & Nylon Film, Fabric & Fiber waste, trim scraps, baled or loose film, synthetic fiber and carpet.
Features:
1. This machine can produce pellets for direct extrusion machines, injection molding machine. If more stringent requirements, the material can be feed into extruder granulating plasticizing line for making granules.The machine can also reduce material humidity.
2. We can make PLC control on the electric cabinet, when the agglomerate inside material is full, the belt conveyor can stop to feed material automatically. The machine can spray water automatically, and discharge material automatically.
