5 five Knowledge hubs set up in three provinces of Zimbabwe to bridge the gender knowledge, technology divide. Feminist Knowledge Hub concept is an EU funded integrated one stop repository of information related to Violence Against Women and Girls, including SGBV/HP, women, and girls’ SRHR, gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. The knowledge Hubs are creating safe spaces for dialogues for women’s rights groups, harness knowledge and make information accessible to women and girls. The hubs are also expected to act as centers for knowledge generation and dissemination and promoting networking/cross-sharing among CSOs and women’s rights groups, feminists, gender activists while advancing the growing body of quantitative and qualitative knowledge on Gender Equality Women’s Empowerment and Violence Against Women.

In Zimbabwe Spotlight Initiative represents an unprecedented global effort to invest in gender equality as a precondition and driver for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals at country level, with a particular focus on domestic and family violence, sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices against women and girls.
