About me:
Hi my name is Kimmie! Former city girl, learning to live a self sustained life off grid, on top of a mountain, laughing with my my best friend and my bees! Learning all things about country life! I was born and raised in Boise Idaho. I am an Army veteran native to idaho. I realized that life is just too short, and I want to do what brings my life joy. After 28 years In the medical field, I left my city life to learn to live a self sustained life full of laughter with my best friend from the Army. I am a former city girl that moved in 2021 to the top of a mountain on 73 acres of raw land, in Northern Idaho, which is totally off grid. With the joy from the heart of a little girl that carried bugs home in her pocket, just because I loved them, I am beginning my journey raising honeybees. I have learned that Tom turkeys aren’t naturally fluffy, that goats have some mega personalities, bunnies don’t have round fluffy tails, roosters are crazy and what exactly it feels like to pee in a freezer! I have learned to slow down and appreciate this beautiful life given to us by God. Would love to take you along on my journey.
