President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to make remarks during the open plenary at the Russia-Africa summit this afternoon. Yesterday Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that his country will be supplying grain to at least six countries after the collapse of a deal with Ukraine to transport millions of tonnes of seed through the black sea.
