Have you ever been piecing a quilt and then realize the fabric just isn't dark enough? Here is a little technique I used to darken fabric and create shadows in my art quilt. You can apply this technique to your traditional quilting, art quilting, or any sewing or appliqué project. All you need is:
-Misty Fuse Black fusible adhesive
-An iron
-Semi-transparent or sheer black fabric (or color of your choice to create the desired effect)
