[ Ссылка ] MILAN - Style.com writer Nicole Phelps compared the Iceberg show to more than one other brand when it gave its review of designer Paolo Gerani's Fall/Winter 2012-2013 at Milan Fashion Week. First, Phelps said that it was similar to Rachel Zoe's collection because both used rocker chick Marianne Faithfull as their inspiration for the collection. And then she said the Iceberg show was like "Balmain-lite" with its quintessential sexiness without the couture craftsmanship. Ouch! Here at FashionTV, we're not sure we could compare Iceberg to either collection because we felt it was good enough to stand out on its own. Sure the rocker chick vibe came out in the leather pants and second skin dresses and Balmain's presence was felt in the sequins and jackets, but there was still something quintessentially Iceberg about this whole show, in particular, the knits and the tailored effect.
