Brinjal Sliced - 150 to 200 grams
Cooking oil - 1/2 cup
For Masala Paste
Cinnamon Stick - a little
Cloves - 5 numbers
Cardamom - 1 number
Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
Fennel seeds - 1 tablespoon
Cashews - 50 grams
Onion Sliced - 2 medium size
Tomato Sliced - 2 medium size
For Gravy
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - a little
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Curry masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Add prepared masala paste
Water - 1/2 cup or as per consistency
Chopped coriander leaves - a handful
Add Cooked Brinjal
