Hello friends today we are going to make simple ,easy but tasty sweet dish. Gul papdi.
This is a healthy recipe and easy to make
so let's see what are the ingredients are required for this.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Ghee
• 2 Cup wheat flour
• 1 cup jaggery
Method
• Take a pan and add 1 cup of ghee.
• Then add 2 Cup of wheat flour
• Give a good mix.
• stir continuously for 7-8 minutes on low flame.
• Then switch off the pan and add 1 cup of jaggery
• Mix it properly
• Then take one plate and Greece with ghee.
• put mixture on it
• spred it well
• Then keep a side for 15 minutes
• After that cup it in to square shape
• Then it's ready to eat
