A Destiny 2 Hunter build that utilizes a few different armor mods, the Tractor Cannon, The Star Eater Scales, and really any fusion rifle, (As long as your mods match your element.) you can do high DPS and have good survivability. This build reaches it's full potential when paired with a well of radiance, and is very good in raids/dungeons. I wouldn't recommend running this build in Grandmaster activities, because it kind of banks off of you being able to one shot red borders with your melee abilities.
