Wash and drain the saltfish twice
add it to the boiling water
boil for 10 minutes
drain
wash and drain twice, after cooking
remove scales and bones, rinse, then
pick-up/shred the salted codfish/saltfish
Then you can use it to cook whatever you like. Enjoy!
